The local staff was very attentive. The room was beautifully maintained with very compact bathroom, air conditioning for a fine stay. The team provided an outstanding service.

The flawless service at El Mangroove Autograph Collection made my stay absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to pamper me and ensure a brilliant experience. The cozy and modern hotel provided the perfect atmosphere to relax at the beach. The rooms were perfect, the food was delicious, and the beach was ideal for kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, and swimming. I cannot wait to go back to this beautiful property! I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are reasonably large and well airconditioned with hammock and sofa and a king bed. The staff is superbly friendly.

The rooms were amazing, with turn-down service and a different dessert every night. The front desk was super helpful with organizing tours. The aqua sports center was a fantastic bonus. The breakfast options were delicious, and the bartenders made fantastic drinks. The hotel staff was gracious and friendly throughout my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel facilities were gorgeous and luxurious. The location is perfect, nestled in the jungle but also right on the beach. There are two exceptional restaurants on-site, Makoko and Matiss, offering a variety of delicious meals at reasonable prices. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast options were delicious. The staff were always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

The location on a beautiful bay with black sand beaches is a definite highlight, providing a stunning backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a great view. Plus, having breakfast included is a fantastic bonus.
